About the Colombia Decaf:

In the 1800s, Bogota travelers brought the first coffee trees to Cundinamarca, planting the seeds of stability in uncertain times. Cundinamarca’s coffee culture is not only a tradition but also a gateway to ecotourism, with seven routes across 69 municipalities showcasing sustainable coffee production.

What is Sugarcane Processed Decaf?

The Sugar Cane Process, perfected in Colombia, preserves the bean’s structure while enhancing its sweetness. Using fermented molasses from sugar cane, ethyl acetate (E.A.) is created and used to wash the beans, removing 97% of the caffeine. This method results in a clean, sweet decaf coffee, rich with the flavor of sugar cane.
